A visit to the growers behind our brightest flavour.
Yuzu is a small, knobbly citrus with a perfume somewhere between lemon, mandarin and grapefruit.
Picked ripe, pressed fast
Our growers pick the fruit when it is fully yellow and press it within a day. The juice and zest go straight into the base for No.01.
It is the reason the can smells like fresh fruit the moment you open it.
